What do we do here at CrossFit Gaia for young athletes?
We use multi-plane compound movements to simulate the demands placed on an athlete during sport.
Rugby, football, boxing or martial arts, all of these sports, are games of seconds and inches.
Gaia knows the demands placed on players during sports performance and the distances they will have to travel. With this in mind, we can replicate the stresses and situations a player will face.
By combining high intensity movements with a comprehensive strength and speed program, the result is a training program that is unparalleled in the industry.
How do we know our programming works? We have clients getting results every day and their strength and power testing has always shown increase.
The utility of this program is not theoretical; this program was not merely designed by someone that thinks it might work, but by proven research base with our previous clients.
The Gaia youth program is designed to work for all athletes regardless of age or experience. The loads, distances, times, intensity, and programming can be scaled (we start where you need us to) , and the program has been designed to meet the needs of athletes at all levels of training advancement.
Every athlete needs to be strong in mind, heart and body.
Gaia meets these needs, for all athletes and competitors.
Our Youth Academy starts at 13 years of age, it is limited to 15 athletes at a time, and we operate on a one in one out policy.
Youth Academy runs Monday/Tuesday/Thursday at 4pm-5pm.
