The relationship and results gained from working one-on-one with a coach are second to none. CrossFit coupled with attention to your specific goals and needs yield immediate and measurable results. Our coaches will work with you on a nutrition plan as well as your goals on where you want to take your fitness.

While our programming is designed to be constantly varied for the general community, when it comes to achieving specific goals, nothing beats private coaching. Our Skill Sessions are designed for those looking to increase strength, improve technique, prepare for an event, or just prefer a more personal setting.
Whether you just want one session to hone in on a skill or several to get some extra coaching Skill Sessions are an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. There comes a time in your training where, if you don’t practice certain skills OUTSIDE of the regular WOD, you are never going to improve at them. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your goals, assess your movement, and design training specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimising your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible.
Your private coaching experience will be tailored to your specific needs, and will include:
+ Mobility exercises to improve and restore joint range of motion
+ Skill-based warm-up to prepare for specific movement patterning
+ Strength and/or conditioning exercises chosen to specifically achieve your goal
+ Custom breakdown of movements to gain efficiency and improve technique

ONE-ON-ONE OR WITH ONE OR TWO OTHERS?
To best suit the needs of our members, we offer Skill Sessions with personalised program design in both one-on-one and small group settings of up to three individuals.
One-on-one coaching is a phenomenal way to receive the undivided attention of one of our expert coaches, but if it doesn’t fit into your budget, we encourage you to consider our small group coaching option.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF SMALL-GROUP COACHING?
More bang for your buck – Small group coaching is about half the price of an average individual skill session, but you still get to work on movement technique specific to you. That means you can train with your coach more frequently for the same investment, or train the same amount of time for close to half the price. Our group skill sessions accommodate 2 – 3 individuals at a time.
