COUCH TO CROSSFIT 

The Couch To CrossFit Program is designed to do exactly as it says, guide you from Couch, To CrossFit in just 4 weeks.  

 

Whether you have been attending a gym for sometime, are totally new to health and fitness or have done CrossFit before, over the 12 sessions our team will give you all the tools you need to get the best start in CrossFit and be well on your way to achieving your health and fitness goals!! ​

So, what is included?

  • A FREE Discovery Session, this is an informal chat with one of the team to show you around the gym, what we are all about at Boar City CrossFit, find out your goals and how we can help you achieve them! 

  • ​Our Couch To CrossFit Handbook for setting goals, learning the lingo and some light evening reading. 

  • ​​Our Couch To CrossFit Nutrition Guide to help you get the most out of the program and reach your goals, whether that be weight loss or weight gain!

  • ​​12 (3 per week) Small Group Personal Training Sessions in a group of people who are all just starting out! 

  • Evening sessions run Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 19:30-20:30. Morning sessions run every Monday,Wednesday and Friday 07:00-08:00. 

  • ​​Full access to your group and coaching staff to ask any questions or queries you may have. 

  • ​​No Contract or pressure to sign up at the end of the 4 weeks!
