What’s happening this week at Gaia?
We're kicking the week off with a sweaty double AMRAP - there are several open movements to rattle through here, including the infamous dumbbell snatch. Expect to see a lot of these coming up.
Following with the Open movement standards, Tuesday will see a hand stand push up and deadlift ladder with a cheeky Wall Ball buy in.
Pauses are the theme for this week's strength work. Front squats to help our Olympic Lifting from getting out of the hole, and Strict Press to strengthen our overheard position with the barbell - which we'll put to work with some snatch and overhead squats on Friday.
Finally, Saturday sees the most notorious hero workout return to Gaia - can you guess which one it is?
